Supplemental Notice of Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation of The City of Commerce, Texas

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Commerce, Texas (the "City"), at its meeting held at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 1119 Alamo Street, Commerce, Texas ("City Hall"), tabled the consideration of the adoption of one or more ordinances authorizing the issuance of interest-bearing certificates of obligation, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed $9,500,000, to a special City Council meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
