Commerce Park Regulations (English)

COMMERCE PARK REGULATIONS

· All City-owned Parks are to be closed daily, between 10:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M.

· NO damaging, removing, destroying, or injuring park property or vegetation.

· NO motorized vehicles in park.

· NO alcoholic beverages or alcohol consumption in park.

· NO disorderly conduct, including boisterous, insulting, or profane language.

· NO golf, NO archery on Park property.

If a pet defecates in a public park, it shall be unlawful if the person in control of the animal does not immediately remove any excrement from park premises.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bring any animal into any public park that is not under the immediate control of a person by means of a cage, leash, or rope no longer than six feet.

It shall be unlawful to walk or ride any horse or other animal through any park. It shall be unlawful for any animal to be within a spectator area of any playing field while ball games or practices are being held.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or erect any structure, sign, bulletin board, post, pole, or advertising device of any kind whatsoever in any park or playground.

Compliance with these rules and regulations is required to use public parks and playgrounds. The City of Commerce Parks and Recreation Department personnel and City police officers shall have authority to enforce these regulations by expelling violators from the grounds or issuing citations.
