Deposits, Fees & Forms

Deposits 

• Application should be completed on the form listed below or in person on the kiosk in the lobby of City Hall
• Deposit must be paid in cash or by credit card
• There is a 3% processing fee for a credit card
• No checks will be accepted for deposits 
• Deposit is due in full at time of service
• Water will be turned on on the day that the deposit is received, if it is prior to 3:00 p.m. Otherwise, water will be turned on the next regular business day

Fees

• Deposits for Utility Service (Residential Customers) $150.00
• Application Fee/Connection Fee $30.00
• Annual Residential Life, Health and Safety Inspection (Rental Properties Only) $25.00
